At Loranger, we aim to deliver a seamless experience — from the moment you place your order to the day your pieces arrive at your door.


Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Norway: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–6 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local postal services.

Pre-Order Notice:

If your item is marked as Pre-Order, please allow additional production and delivery time. Estimated delivery for pre-orders is 4–6 weeks, depending on demand and production schedule. You will be notified once your piece is ready to ship.

We currently ship worldwide from our facility in Norway. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your location; these are the responsibility of the customer.



Returns

We hope you love your Loranger pieces. However, if you wish to make a return, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact post@loranger.no with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
